We were able to schedule our inspection as needed and the report was very detailed(even my realtor was surprised about how much was in the report). Now that we are have been in the house for half a year I can say that all the important details were found in our inspection. We have had no surprises of significance that were missed. A complete investigation of everything from the basement to the roof was executed, and he didn't miss a thing. Days after the inspection was completed, we had a few questions. They were answered promptly. What I most appreciate about Ed is that he didn't placate to the homeowner (who was present as the inspection began) or to my real-estate agent.
